The Company Holiday Manager

Taking time off on a Public Holiday shouldn't be a management headache; BettaWalka Pro makes it easy.
Just go to the Company Holiday page and enter a new holiday name and date. Review the displayed list of appointments, and then click Activate to cancel them all.
From that point on, BettaWalka Pro will prevents you from accidentally scheduling new appointments on that date. When you do want to make an appointment on the Holiday, BettaWalka Pro will intelligently select the correct holiday pricing.

Cancelling appointments? No Problem

BettaWalka Pro makes it easy to cancel appointments. You can cancel single appointments, on or before the day that they are due to happen. You can also go back and cancel appointments in the past that had accidentally been marked as "happened".

BettaWalka makes cancelling appointments easy. BettaWalka Pro knows when an appointment is part of a regular set of appointments, and will automatically ask you if you want to cancel the entire set. If there are appointments for siblings, then it will ask you about those too. BettaWalka makes it easy for you.

It is easy to cancel groups of appointments If you need to cancel appointments every Friday in the next month, or for the next two weeks only, you can use our advanced Calendar Tool to select the days that you want to act on, and then cancel all the affected appointments with one click.

BettaWalka Pro also makes it easy for your customers to put cancellation requests into the system, letting you approve them with just one click and saving you time.
