The BettaWalka Pro Web Application has 5 tabs corresponding to the five major ways to think about managing your Business and our philosophy of the information you need, when you need it. This simple breakdown means BettaWalka Pro is easy to learn and quick to use.
 The schedule tab is the gateway to functionality for managing the scheduling of all your service appointments. This includes the "Manage Today's Activities" page which allows you to quickly access all activities scheduled for all of your employees today; the "Unreported Activities" page is specially designed to allow you to complete reporting in just seconds; the "Holidays" page gives you a an easy way to setup and manage the Public Holidays you support; the "SMS Messages" and "SMS Trainer" pages give you a way to review the text messaging used to report activity.
 The walkers tab is the gateway to functionality for managing your walkers and sitters. This includes browsing through your lists of active and inactive walkers, using the "Browse Active Walkers" and "Browse Inactive Walkers" pages; the "Vacations" page which lets you manage all of the scheduled vacations for all of your employees, in one place; "Add Walker" which is how you add a walker into the system with only four basic pieces of information.
 In BettaWalka Pro, your customer information is divided into two aspects. The Accounts tab is the gateway to functionality for viewing information about Pet Owners, The Account Financial Ledger, Service Confirmations and Invoices. For convenience, it is also possible to update Client (Pet) information from the Accounts tab pages. The accounts tab includes browsing through your lists of active and inactive accounts; and the ability to add new accounts with a handful of information, so that you can quickly book new business.
 The Clients tab is the gateway to functionality for viewing and changing information about your customer's Pets, and their past, present and future schedules. While you can make new appointments from other pages, the Clients tab offers the most options for making appointments the way that you like to work. The clients tab includes browsing through your lists of active and inactive clients (Pets).
 The Business tab is the gateway to functionality for controlling your business when you need to perform bulk tasks, such as reviewing invoices. This includes "Service Confirmations", which lets you browse through and review all service confirmations (estimates of future services) that your business has ever generated; "Invoices" lets you browse through and review all invoices, including the ones being generated for your current billing period; "Paychecks" which lets you browse through the amounts that you have paid your employees; Paypal Activity which lets you see at a glance what activity has been happening automatically through the link that BettaWalka Pro maintains with Paypal; "Service List", "Price Lists" and "Walker Pay Rates" allow you to customize your price list, even letting you schedule future price increases in advance.
